Changing your email address for your digital subscription is a two step process:
- Update your email address here to update your account: Add/Change My Email Address. This will ensure that all future issues of your subscription are sent to the correct email address.
- Please click here to notify eMagazines of your new email address or email support@emagazines.com.
Please provide both the original email address and the new one.

What is eMagazines?
When I click on the issue in my library, a new window for my library opens, not the issue. How can I stop this?
If you experience this, please ensure that cookies are enabled on your device, and try clearing your device's cached browser history. This should clear out any cached information that was blocking your issue from opening.
If this still does not resolve the problem, please visit eMagazines' support page and submit a ticket so they can look into it.
Why am I not receiving my issue notification emails with access links?
If you haven't received your issue notification emails, check your junk or promotions folders. It's possible that the emails are going to your spam folder or your Internet Service Provider is blocking the emails before they get to your email account. Please be sure to whitelist delivery@mail.emagazines.com.
