What's the difference between the NOOK edition and the Marlin I can buy on paper?

The NOOK edition is a replica of the magazine you can buy on paper. It includes all the editorial content and the advertising contained in the print edition of the magazine.

If I'm a Marlin print subscriber already, can I get the NOOK edition at a lower price than advertised?

At the moment, no. However, we are working with NOOK to set up a process to offer print subscribers free Nook subscriptions as long as their print subscription is active. We expect this process to be available shortly.

If I'm a Marlin print subscriber already, can I transfer my subscription to the NOOK?

No, because the NOOK subscription is on a month-to-month basis, there is no way to transfer the unfulfilled term of a print subscription to the NOOK. If you wish, you may cancel your print subscription at any time and obtain a refund for unmailed copies, then subscribe to the NOOK edition.

How do I access new issues on my NOOK device?

Each time a new issue of Marlin is published, the NOOK will automatically download it. Any new book, periodical or app will appear on your Daily Shelf. A "New" banner will appear on every new book & periodical cover and app icon until the item is opened.

How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Can I transfer my subscription to another device?

No the NOOK is a closed system and magazines purchased through NOOK can only be read on a NOOK device.

Can I add or change the credit card associated to my BN.com account from my NOOK Color?

Yes. Managing a credit card on your BN.com account from your NOOK Color can be done in the following steps:

a) Press the NOOK "n" button to bring up the Quick Nav bar.
b) Tap Settings.
c) On the following screen, tap Shop under App Settings.
d) Tap Manage Credit Card

Follow the on-screen instructions.

My magazine didn't show up on my NOOK Color. Why?

There could have been a loss of network connectivity during the scheduled time for delivery. Please check the Wi-Fi settings on your NOOK Color to make sure you are connected. To get the latest issue of your subscription, tap the sync icon in Library to force your NOOK Color to check for the latest issue(s). Please make sure your device is left on or in sleep mode overnight with Wi-Fi connectivity.
